The remaining amount is paid via a flash loan from Aries Market, which is instantly repaid via the Megaloandon platform, and supports buy with down payment with NFTs on other marketplaces like Blue Move

**Example:** A buyer puts down 40% on a Aptos Monkey NFT. The remaining 60% is borrowed via a flash loan from Aries, which is then repaid through an NFT-backed loan on Megaloandon.
